refinement: Fix ArtifactSaveNotificationHandler Suppress popups during testing using RenderingUtil.arePopupsAllowed Add selectAll/de-select All buttons to dialog Only save artifacts that have been selected by the user Remove save all if one selected feature (confusing to use)
