Bug 489624 - [Tooling] Deleting capsule part causes null pointer
exception and the capsule part is not removed

* Repair listeners on multiplicity values during delete (same as Port
deletion)

* fix the NPE raised by ApplyCommentStereotypeEditPolicy by fixing the
semantic element of the RTPropertyEditPart: avoid setting it to the
Container of the property when calling getUMLElement() to add listener.

* add test
