[525286] Filter diffs in invisible stereotype property visualizations

Add a "Papyrus diagram technical elements" filter that excludes from the
comparison view everything pertaining to invisible applied-stereotype
comments shapes and links.

This change has been migrated from EMF Compare. The original change is
