Bug 515373 - Only traverse and cache necessary Papyrus tree items

Avoid traversing and caching the entire Papyrus content tree when
determining the item to be selected:
- Use incremental computation and caching of Papyrus tree items

This commit migrates the changes of
https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/100376/ to Papyrus Compare.
