PapyrusTreeContentMergeViewer.updateContent should refresh

This override checks if the inputs have really changed, bypassing the
setInput calls, but this also bypasses refreshing the left and right
viewers.  So the view isn't updated to reflect whatever has changed
within the model.  E.g., accepting a label change doesn't update the
label.
