Bug 515956: [Interoperability][DiagramDefinition][Rpy] Hudson build
failed https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=515956

Modify the target for the interoperability Diagram-Definition and Rpy
build (done for SysML Migration too but not active on oxygen).
