Bug 560664 - [Robotics] Restructure ROS2 related plugins

- create ros2 folder for ros2 codegen and reverse
- harmonize plugin nnames
- add missing action shapes/css
- Bug fixes - see Bug 560036 - [Robotics, ROS2] Enable the use of multiple components in a single package
  - Execute launch creation before component transformations, adapt expected code accordingly
  - Use platform/resource URI in Scanutils => avoid unresolved references during transformation
  - Make sure to generate a full message package.
- minor midification in BPC resource
- improve reverse mechanisms:
	Launch reverse from package-explorer, no source code analysis
