Bug 566684 - [Robotics] Integrate a dashboard facilitating the use of a design flow (ITP contribution)

- Do not export SelectViewPointPage to API any more, initial viewpoint can be set via wizard
- Activate Assertions viewpoint in Wizard
- Remove Assertion + NFProperty from Palette as it is confusing for the user
  that visually adding them does not lead to a visual creation
- Remove ParameterEntry from palette for same reason
- Add missing headers
