Bug 561424 - revert "Bug 550346 - UI Freeze of approx 40 seconds on opening Launch Configuration Dialog" This reverts commit a8ab10f84ff3b7080516961f6901ad1864257445 because it caused regression, see bug 561424 - Tracing data gets lost on opening saved launch config.
