Bug 537395 - Problems while resolving target contents: "Failed to find configured bundleInfo for: org.eclipse.equinox.weaving.caching 1.1.100.v20171221-2204" Director is a lot more verbose now, returning INFO and WARNING statuses which are not preventing PDE from creating the TargetPlatform.
