[releng] deleted "test" projects from master not used in our build. These projects were used for some Tycho "standalone" tests to deomonstrate a Tycho bug, but are not part of our normal build, and they are confusing being in "master". They are now in david_williams/releng.bug46087 branch. Change-Id: Ib93af4329dc5cf2e31b11ed0ce5d7ba5e469a590
