Bug 548190: [API] Add color constants for disabled background and
foreground colors

Add COLOR_TEXT_DISABLED_BACKGROUND and COLOR_WIDGET_DISABLED_FOREGROUND
fields in SWT.java. This facilitates work for bug 4745.
