Bug 569946 - Replace deprecated API in MessageBox

Replace the deprecated method:
NSAlert.beginSheetModalForWindow:modalDelegate:didEndSelector:contextInfo:
with  NSAlert.beginSheetModalForWindow:completionHandler:

Follows similar pattern as File/Directory Dialog for the completion
handler.
