Bug 532185: [Dark Theme] Help content does not respect styling
In dark appearance there are some ugly light areas. First one are
the separators between the buttons. They don't group in any meaningful
way and the SWT help view also does not have them. So let's simply
remove them.
The second one is the grey separator between the left hand side
navigation and the main content area. On today's web pages you normally
don't see them. So let's make it much thinner.
