Minor fixes to the E4 Contacts demo
* Correct minor misspelling in product name
* Change commands to use standard Eclipse ids; improves the menu
item mapping from the Cocoa UI support
* Add dummy About and Preferences dialogs
* Avoid SWT errors on exit by changing contact model to use
ImageData instances rather than Image; allows getting rid
of ListView @PreDestroy code
