TEST STEPS:

1. Open Preferences/RCP Testing Tool;
2. Select "Advanced options";
3. Click "Runner Arg";
4. Make sure that dialog will be opened with message "All options are set as default ..."
5. Change advanced prefrences and click "Runner Arg" again
6. Make sure that opened dialog has message "-testOptions ..."
