Surefire: Inherit proxy settings from parent process Prevent missing proxy settings when surefire forks a new process to execute tests. In network settings where internet connectivity is only possible via a proxy, this could lead test failing due to missing internet connection. Change-Id: I9c7949a4995119cab502dd417be2a5cfb142faec

The contribution process of Eclipse Scout is hosted on tools deployed by the Eclipse Foundation (involing [Bugzilla] 6, Gerrit, Hudson, MediaWiki...).
External tools like the GitHub tracker and pull requests are not supported.
