TreeEventBuffer: Remove obsolete ALL_CHILD_NODES_DELETED events When a node with many children (and grand-children) is inserted and then for some node in this tree an ALL_CHILD_NODES_DELETED event happens, this event may be removed, because its information is already contained in the NODES_INSERTED event. (The nodes in the event are the real nodes and are always returning the current state.) #162915
