1. Includes javadoc for the classes in project.facet.core.runtime and project.facet.core.runtime.classpath packages. Also includes the schema and the documentation of the runtime extension point.
2. Small api change to how RuntimeManager is used to make it consistent with ProjectFacetsManager. All the methods are now static, so instead of wirting RuntimeManager.get().someMethod(), you will now write RuntimeManager.someMethod().
3. Some initial work on constraint visualization.
