[470859] Update editor and release notes to reflect the feature state

* Enable recursive regions in VSM editor as experimental
* Also change corresponding validation constraint from error to warning.
* Change the experimental status of the global feature: the
compartiments are no more experimental except for the recursive cases.
* Update the property section regarding the state of the selected
ContainerMapping.
