Bug 441104 - Source format damages css definition to un-usable

This patch fix also the following bugs :
 - Bug 432472 - CSS Formatter adds newline whitespace on some css tags after ever format
 - Bug 446745 - Bug in CSS editor formatting
 - Bug 481719 - CSS Editor Turns Valid Styles Into Invalid Styles
