[102881] DOMDocumentForJSP can now use cached adapter (because embedded type is correct from the start now). - added some error limits in validation - made ValidatorStrategy check if canceled - HTMLDoctypeAdapterFactory list doesn't keep growing now, it maps one adapter to one IDOMDocument - ensure that strategies that validate the entire document only run one time per batch of changes.
