Fix to move .jsdtscope file from project root to settings folder. .jsdtscope is now determined in one central method -> IFile JavaProject.getJSDTScope(). The file copy is done inside this method if needed. There were some resource lock issues, so the method is called once when the project is initialized. The old file is not removed.
