ASSIGNED - bug 481581: Improve refresh behavior of BasicModelContentProvider to avoid performance problems due to needlessly repeated tree state restorations https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=481581 Added TODO/FIXME comments with some ideas as to how to fix this bug
