[Model, Buildpaths] Revise LTK model and buildpaths
- Correct namings
- Add more nullable annotations
- Fix missing synchronization in
AbstractSourceModelInfo.removeAttachment
- Rename SourceModelStamp.getSourceStamp to .getContentStamp to be in
line with method in SourceUnit
- Fix BuildpathUtils.isExcluded
