I’ll stress here again for you to make sure you and your organization understand the <span style="font-weight: bold;">potential negative impact </span>of the legislation in its current form. <span style="font-weight: bold;">The Eclipse Foundation is taking actions to try to influence this legislation to be less damaging</span> while still achieving the overall objectives of the Act.
