The DTP Councils provide a communication channel between the community-at-large and DTP committers, project leads, and the PMC.
We plan to hold open calls once a month for each Council as described below. Everyone is invited to attend, and the agenda
will typically be a free-form discussion around the Council theme. Through these Councils we hope to enable conversations
that might be difficult to start on the mailing lists or newsgroup, and make connections with and within the community to help
DTP meet the goals of all concerned.

Each Council has its own mailing list, where discussion and announcements will be posted.

The Requirements Council is a general forum where community requests of DTP can be voiced. The discussion might concentrate
on specific Bugzilla entries, and the intention is to refine popular requests down to specific enhancement entries in
Bugzilla that the DTP committer base can factor into planning going forward.

The Architecture Council will concentrate on the structure of DTP itself, to insure consistency in design and purpose

the DTP committers, project leads, and PMC attending the Council meeting.
