+<p>We spent most of the meeting discussing the proposed charter changes (see <a href="http://eclipse-projects.blogspot.com/2006/04/sponsored-committers-better-idea.html">blog</a>
+and <a href="http://dev.eclipse.org/newslists/news.eclipse.foundation/msg01026.html">newsgroup</a>
+discussions). We decided that the <a href="http://www.eclipse.org/technology/proposed-technology-charter-changes.html">proposed
+changes</a> were slightly too liberal in that they allowed a bad case (a single
+company team voting in everyone). Cliff agreed to think about some wording
+changes. Discussion to occur next week.</p>
+

+We also talked about Ward's conversation with Graham of the OHF project. It
+doesn't look like an active project and it's not a traditional Eclipse project
+in the sense that it's more about a group of people and some standards bodies,
