| <p>This is the "flat" version of the ip log, suitable for printing or archiving for a given release. </p> |
| <p>There are 4 main sections of information:</p> |

| <li>A static, snapshot list of committers for this release</li> |
| <li>A static list of all EPL contributions from non-committers.</li> |
| <li>The list of third party code distributed with this release.</li> |
| <li>A description of other third party dependancies which are not shipped with WTP but which users can make use |
