| description of the problem and how its solved and |
| preferably some degree of design or what the code would look like, that |
| has been developed in a side branch, where it can be reviewed. All |
| such new work proposed must of course fit the scope of the charter of WTP |
| and the themes approved by the PMC for a given release.</p> |
