A few small improvements to the 'Import Projects from Folder...' wizard

- the Browse button is created with the SWT.PUSH instead of SWT.BORDER flag
- when browsing a root directory, the rootDirectoryText field is updated
- adding dialog settings for a root directory
- clicking the Finish button closes the wizard and the OpenFolderCommand action is called in the background.
Otherwise, the user wouldn't see the action's progress dialog.
