Bug 395196 - [metatype] Unhelpful error message from metatype parser
Added new log messages and additional information to existing log messages, particularly to aid in identifying the bundle
containing bad metadata and location within the file.
Added a new validation message indicating a non-numeric value for a numeric attribute definition type.
Reduced the scope of a try/catch block in MetaTypeServiceImpl.getMetaTypeProvider() to make code clearer. Also fixed issue
where a tracker could have been created but not registered in the map.
