Bug 336246 - Remove the metadata generator

With 439356b40487f691fc68c0c90eedce5d73d65c0f, references to
MetadataGeneratorHelper's method had been replaced with a call to
PublisherHelper. Now testGeneration*2 methods are just duplicates of
existing ones (check testGenerationFolder vs testGenerationFile2).

Remove tests that used to call MetadataGeneratorHelper's methods and are
the same as the tests for PublisherHelper.
