Applied patch to fix https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=208228 : When loading a SimpleArtifactRepo from disk the blobstore transient field is not initialized. Initialization of BlobStore was moved into initializeAfterLoad() and constructor changed to call initializeAfterLoad().
