The <a href="../reference/extension-points/org_eclipse_core_resources_refreshProviders.html"><b>org.eclipse.core.resources.refreshProviders</b></a>

<p>
The plug-in fragment <b>org.eclipse.core.resources.win32</b> implements a native refresh monitor based on
file system callbacks. A more naive refresh monitor based on polling is defined for other platforms.

<p>The <b>class</b> attribute must be a class that extends
<b><a href="../reference/api/org/eclipse/core/resources/refresh/RefreshProvider.html">RefreshProvider</a></b>.
This class is responsible for installing a monitor on a specific resource and its resource subtree if it is a
project or folder. The monitor must implement
<b><a href="../reference/api/org/eclipse/core/resources/refresh/IRefreshMonitor.html">IRefreshMonitor</a></b>.
