Bug 563262 - Migrate DebugOptions to one-off lookup By migrating the code in the Activator to the initialisation of the DEBUGGING field, the DebugOptions service is no longer referenced and can be disposed of when required. Currently the following versions are required:
You need Maven 3.3.1 installed. After this you can run the build via the following command:
mvn clean verify -Pbuild-individual-bundles
