  <li>Gabe is waiting for Denis to update the server so Babel has a “Needs help”  form</li>
  <li>Pseudo Language:

      <li>Kit  listed some dependencies that Denis can’t get to at the moment</li>
      <li>Still  not completed</li>

      <li>Main  page on translated page is for everything – not version specific

          <li>A dumb # for everything</li>
          <li>Combines all the translations</li>
        </ul>

      <li>How  far along are we from building a complete 3.3 language packs?</li>

        <li>All we need is a bit of code</li>
        <li>Denis will take an action item to run some  queries to come up with a percentage complete so we have some stats on this

        <li>Denis could add a column/progress monitor after  he runs the queries</li>
