Our membership remains strong, with our numbers totaling 337 members as of the end of February.</span></p>

We believe this decision from Daimler TSS is recognition of the strategic impact of open source, as well as a belief in the Eclipse Foundation’s projects, processes, and people. Welcome!</span></p>

+<p style="mso-line-height-rule:exactly; line-height:175%; text-align:left" align="left"><span style="color: #000000;">Our corporate restructuring is now complete, and we are now a European-based open source foundation. By this, we mean we are now fully operational as a Belgian-based international non-profit association. </span></p>

But it will allow us to engage in new global initiatives and better reflects the fact that approximately two-thirds of our members and two-thirds of our committers are based in Europe. Thanks to all of our members who are working with our membership team to affect the migration of your membership. This migration will continue to take a few months.</span></p>
