+<p style="mso-line-height-rule:exactly; text-align:left; font-size:15px; line-height:175%" align="left"><span style="color: black;">Since the last quarterly update in September, the Membership At-Large approved the updates to the Bylaws and the Membership Agreement, both of which went into effect October 1, 2021. We have confirmed that all of the paperwork with the Belgian authorities was filed in August.
