 <p>The EMO has pointed out that there are three EE4J projects that are missing project leads. This is an invalid state that needs to be addressed in order to graduate these projects.</p>

 <p>Missing “the big picture”, and overview of all the specifications and implementations with the status of their release reviews</p>
