		The Eclipse Integrated Computational Environment (ICE) is an
		extendable and reusable set of tools that can be used to develop rich

		The ICE development team defines the <i>Big Four</i> activities of
		scientific modeling and simulation as:

		<li>Managing the input and output data</li>
