     final bits, update, publish announce: performance <br />

     <li>1.5.3 builds will start this week: 2/16</li>
     <li>1.5.3 Criteria? major bugs? Or, simple improvements too?
     <p>PMC Review of new features, extension points, etc. but otherwise no constraints on which bugs fixed.</p>
     <p>Obviously, the more done on 1.5.x, the less done on 2.0.0.</p>

     <li>M3 coming up 11/15 for 2.0.</li>
     <li>** Need better WTP 2.0 Planning</li>
     <li>** by M3 have plan for 2.0 and 1.5.3</li>
