| <p>Set preferences in the Web Services - Scenario Defaults and Resource Management preferences pages |
| and ensure that they are reflected in the wizard.</p> |

| <h2>Instructions:</h2> |

| <ol> |
| <li>Start WTP.</li> |
| <li>Create a dynamic web project called <b>buProject</b> with an Apache Tomcat target server. |
| <b>File > New > Web > Dynamic Web Project</b>. </li> |
| <li>Import <b>wtp.Converter</b> to the <b>src</b> folder of <b>buProject</b>. |
| <a href="../axis_bujava/converter.zip"> Converter.zip</a></li> |
| <li>Open the preferences dialog: <b>Window > Preferences</b> and go to the |
| <b>Web Services > Scenario Defaults </b>page.</li> |
| <li>Note the default settings. </li> |
| <li>Modify the setting for the <b>Web service type </b> combo. </li> |
| <li>Modify the slider settings for <b>Service</b> and <b>Client</b> sections. </li> |
| <li>Change the settings for the <b>Publish the web service</b> and <b>Monitor the web service</b> check boxes. </li> |
| <li>Click the <b>Apply</b> button. </li> |
| <li>Select the <b>Restore Defaults</b> button. Ensure that all |
| preferences return to the original settings.</li> |
| <li>Modify the settings as in the previous steps.</li> |
| <li>Click the <b>Apply</b> button. </li> |
| <li>Note the new preference settings you have made. </li> |
| <li>Select <b>OK</b> to exit the Preferences dialog. </li> |
| <li>Open the Web Services wizard using <b>File > New > Web Services > Web Service.</b></li> |
| <li>On the first page of the web services wizard ensure that the settings appear as you set them on the |
| preferences page.</li> |
| <li>Click <b>Cancel</b> to exit the web services wizard.</li> |
| <li>Open the preferences dialog again using <b>Window > Preferences</b> and go to the |
| <b>Web Services > Resource Management </b> page.</li> |
| <li> Check the <b>Overwrite files without warning checkbox</b>, click <b>OK</b> to exit the Preferences dialog.</li> |
| <li>Open the Web Services wizard using <b>File > New > Web Services > Web Service.</b></li> |
| <li>On the first page of the wizard, make sure the <b>Overwrite files without warning checkbox</b> now appears |
| in checked state on the first page of the wizard.</li> |
