Bug 571850 - Problem building standalone ECJ from source

The build.xml script included with the ecj source erroneously includes
the signature files from the source jar in the newly built ecj jar

The newly built ecj jar also reports its own version as
"bundle_qualifier, bundle_version" due to not including the correctly
interpolated version of the properties file.

This change fixes the build.xml script and adjusts the
"batch-compiler-src" execution in the pom.xml accordingly.

JDT Core

This is the core part of Eclipse's Java development tools. It contains the non-UI support for compiling and working with Java code, including the following:

  • an incremental or batch Java compiler that can run standalone or as part of the Eclipse IDE
  • Java source and class file indexer and search infrastructure
  • a Java source code formatter
  • APIs for code assist, access to the AST and structured manipulation of Java source.
