Bug 574170 - Add coloring to the stack frames of the debug thread view
and add an action to enable/disable colorization from the context menu.
And a preference page to configure everything - as this page is very similar to the step filter
preference page, that page is refactored so common code can be reused.
And a simple test class added, to prove that categorization works
Add preview of the colors, and enable to configure it
