Bug 525917 - Join variable declaration implements wrong refactoring - fix QuickAssistProcessor.getJoinVariableProposals() to look for an if that can be condensed into a conditional - also prevent join variable across non-block constructs such as switch statements which could cause erroneous code - add new tests to AssistQuickFixTest Change-Id: I13ed06afe1a6c7c0ead340f247baf004681791ad
