Bug 514747: [Interoperability][Rsa] Move Rsa migration plugin into new
git https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=514747

- The qvto libraries folder need to be exported to be used by other
transformations.
-> For RSA, the transformation works fine in Eclipse Development but not
in the User installation.
