Bug 493930 - Deprecate org.eclipse.ui.cocoa.fullscreenWindow command
Added deprecation of org.eclipse.ui.cocoa.fullscreenWindow and scheduled
its removal for 2018.
Further cleaned up `removals.html`:
- the removal of the Eclipse 2.0 runtime model and boot API actually
occurred for 4.6/Neon
- the removal of IContextComputer and IPlatformRunnable were announced
for 2017, not 2018
- IPlatformRunnable is actually on org.eclipse.core.runtime, and not
org.eclipse.core.boot
