Bug 577289 - Added help for new Large File Associations preference page
This change adds a help page for context with ID:
org.eclipse.ui.large_file_associations_preference_page_context
In addition, a new subtopic is added to "Customizing the Workbench". The
subtopic showcases how product customization can be used, to specify
large file associations.
