Bug 544975 - test for refresh on project.open() This change adds a test case for bug 544975. We close a project, change it with file system API (adding/removing files), open the project with (and without) IResource.BACKGROUND_REFRESH and expect the file changes to be seen (or not) by Eclipse resource API.
